Tommye Frost holds a Bachelor of Science in Education and Curriculum (English and History) and a Master of Education and Administration specializing in higher education from Texas A&M University. She also holds a Juris Doctor degree magna cum laude from Florida Coastal School of Law. After her abbreviated teaching career, she returned to school to study law and has now practiced regulatory law for more than 25 years in Jacksonville and New York.

Tommye believes that everyone should have the opportunity to develop their God given talents and sees the Graduate School as a valuable avenue to leveling the playing field for those who may need assistance with neurodevelopment to pursue their talents to the highest degree.

Tommye and her loving husband, whom she lost in 2022 after a lengthy illness, are proud parents of two grown children. When asked about her favorite activity, she beams as she says, "Being grandmother to my daughter's adorable 3-year-old twins."
